NWOT…Washed once in cold water/air dried but I never wore them and cannot return. If you are a size 4 these have that perfect baggy fit. They would fit up to a size six just more fitted. Elastic waist and ties at the bottom to wear them cinched. Waist flat 15” Rise 10.5” Inseam 29”
