This used to be listed with Anthropologie but I'm not familiar with the tag name. I cannot find a size but i have listed photos with the measurements. I am a large and it fits me. Sleeves are bell sleeve and it's got 2 cute fabric wrapped buttons. GUC no rips, stains or tears.
