Handpainted GERMANY PLATE of dutch children. This collectible plate was produced from 1907-1928. Measures approximately 7 1/2" in diameter. Very good antique condition - a couple of tiny paint flake chips on rim as well as a chip on the right side of the plate. Please see photos.
