The wool hat is made by Scala and endorsed by the Red Hat Society. It is turned up on the edges 1.5" and measures 22" inside the head band. The purple band is a mixture of mesh and braiding. The bow and flower are mesh. Gently used, worn maybe 3 times. Comes from a pet free non smoking home.
