Bought this dress for my summer wedding but then decided on a totally different style. It has been tried on several times but never worn. Concerning the measurements: this is an empire waist so this measurement in not of your natural waist but instead directly under your breasts, basically the smallest part of the waist. Measurement is 19” lying flat. The length measurement is from top of the shoulder to bottom of the hem 38” This is a gorgeous dress that looks amazing on but you want to be very sure of the measurements because there is no stretch to this fabric.
