This is the cutest blouse ever, isn't it?? It's black with white daisies. It has an off the shoulder design with 3/4 quarter sleeves. There's a ruffle on the top layer, with decorative buttons going up and down the shirt! It's honestly so cute, I'm upset it doesn't fit me -- my loss is your gain! It is a very cute (but sophisticated!) and feminine, classic "Anthropologie" shirt.
