This beautiful vintage piece measures 18 inches pit to pit; waist is 13 inches and length is 39. It is missing belt but you can add any belt. It Tag says size 12 but given it is a vintage the measurements are more in line with a size small. Please zero in on measurements! No material tag but is definitely cotton.
