Reposhing this item I purchased from @breannajv98. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This dress is adorable. I bought for an occasion and didn’t end up wearing. It’s a bit fancier than I’ll wear everyday. Puffy sleeves at the shoulder and ruffles. Comes with belt. It is a mini length. Pattern is bold like you’d expect from Rio. Fit me well as XL/14.
