is there any stretch at the waist? I have a 27" waist and wear small in PUG if there is stretch but it depends on how this dress runs in their size chart. Thank you in advance

@atmosphereash There’s a good amount of stretch in the bodice, but where the bodice meets the skirt it’s pretty firm. But I think 27in would be good, there’s no boning like a lot of other PUG pieces 🙂
