Vintage Prophecy 2-pc Black Velvet w/Gold Puffy Sleeves Dress

Excellent like new condition! Top - Black velvet top with gold and black puffy sleeves. There is a closure at the back top of the neck and button closure on the right side. Pit to pit: 19", Shoulder to bottom hem: 22-23", and the sleeve length (armpit to end of sleeve) is 9". Skirt - Length is 27" and closes at the side with a zipper and clasp. There is a small slit in the middle back of the skirt.
