Heavy warm winter coat, amazing quality and beautiful. This coat is very long I bought this for my mother but she’s like 5’ and it comes to her ankles, im 5’5” and it fits my height fine. So I would say 5’4” and taller only def no shorter. 52” long from shoulder, PTP 24”
