killerelvis54 hi, do these come to your mid-calf height? could you please send me a photo of a ruler showing the height in inches and also of the length of the sole as soon as you can? do you believe they run true to size or maybe some bigger or smaller? I normally wear a size 8 med in shoes, but I might need a half size larger with thick socks. thank you so much

killerelvis54 @creelj thanks for the quick reply! these are the height that I want, and did you say that you think that these run a little smaller than true to size? the length for my foot sounds like they would work for me, but I suppose that it's hard to tell just how long the actual insole length and width measurement is from measuring by the bottom if the boot?

jmyrl Sorry - another question- how many inches around is the calf, top of boot? Did it feel comfortable on you, loose like a roper, riding boot? Or tight? Mid calf is usually roomy, and now bed Stu has started making regular and wide calf - I’d be regular. Thanks!

creelj @jmyrl I have large calves and they are not tight even with thick socks. I will be home tomorrow afternoon and will measure them for you. They are only 10 inches tall.
