Vintage Sydney Harbor Souvenir Silver Plated Spoon

The Sidney Harbor is enameled at the top of this 4 5/8" spoon. There are marks on the reverse, but I can only make out EPA1 (silverplate). My husband got this spoon on his R & R in 1978. It is in like new condition.
