Unique, Black and white, Michigan license plate purse, year of plate is 1979. It has a Pittsburg brewery bottlecap fastener. It measures 7" at it's widest dimension. The crossbody strap is adjustable and goes to 27". This strap can be taken off and another added on to the metal fasteners.
