I can run in heels!! 😆🤣lol but they aren’t for everyone so I’m not sure. But I will also tell you that it doesn’t take long to learn and don’t start with anything higher than 3” to start 😊🫶🏻💐

rebeccacobb374 @cdctreasures they are snug for a true 10 but…… I also could just have Toebesity!! LMAO!! I’m a true 10 and wore them but if you run closer to 11 in heels then probably not. I just know my toes felt squished, it didn’t stop me from wearing though 😆🫣🤭🤣🤣🤣
