Black circle skirt, circa 1960. Waistband is 28” X 1.5” high. Waist can be adjusted as closure above zipper is Velcro. 29” from hemline to waistband. Over 60” across when open. Photo was taken on a king size bed. Amazing condition for an article over 60 yrs old, but not perfect. See photos of 2 areas with sm tear. Also slight discoloration in 1 area. (When worn this is not noticeable) Still beautiful garment. Would be asking $100 if not for the above. 2nd photo is of the inside of skirt.
