Candie's Y2K Multi-Colored Floral Dress

Candie's Y2K short sleeved mini dress. White background with all over pink/peach, light blue, and mocha floral print. The front of the dress is slightly ruched and it has buttons from the decolletage to waist. The dress also has a matching thin fabric belt and it provides stretch.
