Size 4 Blue JSBoutique Formal Spaghetti Strap Dress and Scarf

From the early 2000s, this gorgeous lined dress was worn once and is in immaculate like new condition! Notice the iridescent blue beadwork around the front and back top of the dress. The flowing scarf adds a touch of old world elegance. Though this dress is a size 4, it will fit up to a size 6. From smoke free dog friendly home (though I never let my pup wear this dress 😉). 💙💙
