A bright red peplum style evening dress trimmed in black sequins. Teeny tiny waist about 22 inches. 42” long from waist. I’m a 34C the cups fit me. Cups are reinforced with boning. Wore this on stage to sing big band songs from the 1940s. It’s authentic! The material (I’m guessing) is a heavy grosgrain cotton/taffeta. Halter strap can be worn around neck or wear strapless. Great vintage condition! The peplum starts at the waist and dips down to hips. Big full, pleats in back. Gorgeous!
