I purchased this bag as my offer was accepted and is a pending charge on my credit card. However, it does not show up as a purchase on my Poshmark app. not have I received any emails. Please advise.

Note - per Posh policy this bag will go to Posh headquarters for authentication before you receive, you should receive no later than Tuesday/Wednesday next week 💐

@libertyhilll hi there again, the bag should clear Posh headquarters authentication Saturday or Monday, once it does Posh will send tracking information from Posh to the address you provided, when they do I can send you the tracking information so you can track through delivery

@libertyhilll hi there, sorry you aren’t happy with your purchase, note this bag isn’t bright orange in the photos either (at least not on my phone when viewing through the app). You would have to open a case with Posh in order to request a return….go to where you received the shipping notifications for this item and there will an option to message Posh to open a case.
