This is the coolest, most flattering overlap skirt with a front patch pocket and intentionally exposed under layer. I wore this a little low on my waist, with a fitted, long-sleeved t-shirt and sometimes a sweater. It's a great way to maintain your hip vibe if you work in a somewhat conservative office environment. Definitely lets you play the formal card, while still dressing downtown. Back zip-up. Back slit.
