This blouse is really beautiful. It is solid black with about 5" of an openwork lace yoke. There are 2.5" of narrow pleats running down the front of the shirt. The tag is gone describing the fabric, probably cut out because it was itchy. I don't know the brand, I believe I bought it at Macy's. The front feels like a silky polyester or polyester blend and then the sleeves and back are a soft cotton knit, making a beautiful and comfortable blouse. I don't currently have a strapless bra so I just wore a black bra that had very thin straps and they barely showed in the lace. Lovely, graceful blouse.

terrycaron46 @signedanler Good morning! P2P across the front is 22". The sleeves are raglan sleeves, and they are of a very soft t-shirt type fabric, so when I measured at the seams, it's a little bit lower probably than your actual chest. It is a beautiful top.
