@glamful ok, here's the info. This cardigan is an open one ok. I'm a 36 chest and I wear the small so it just drapes on my open. For you it would probably be the large if you want it to be loose fitted. Cause it does run small. Now it depends on how you would like it to fit.

the 3xl runs small for the American 3xl.
These are Asian sizes. I'm a 8-10 and I have a medium in this sweater and it fits loose. So it depends on how you want to wear it, form fitted or not.
