@brianlookhere Hi there my friend, that is a good question. There are three reasons this is expensive. It is rather rare to find a regency s for sale, it also has been in my family for 50+ years and it saddens me to put it up for sale 😢, the final reason is to pay my rent for last month, which is the only reason I’m parting with it.
