sbe099 Yes! The way that the elastic band goes up in the front makes it more than doable. The elastic would go nicely under the bust and the gathering of the fabric would drape nicely over the baby bump. Towards end of 2nd or 3rd trimester - it would become more of a high low for the hem (right at or above the knees depending on how you carry). Would also be great postpartum as well if you need extra room in the bust but not overly easy for breastfeeding
