Marked Napier. The petals flow over each other on a silver-tone base in a lilting design strewn with pink, lavendar and clear rhinstones. The center of the flower is a cluster of the multi-colored stones. All stones are present. The marking is on the back. 1 1/2 " circumference, Excellent condition.
