Sterling silver (stamped "PM" and "925"), Art Deco style, multi-faceted, emerald cut blue sapphire in the center, small white diamonds in a double halo design around the sapphire, and three mini baguette cut diamonds on each side followed by two mini baguette diamonds that lead into the band.
