This type of swimsuit is designed to create drag for those training for swim competitions, or who just want to do a training drill with more resistance in the water. For those unfamiliar, if you swim laps with the suit on and then swim with a normal Lycra suit, you will feel much faster. The suit is quite a few years old but is still an excellent condition.
