rachelmnelson3 Hello, I bought this sunrise clock from you in February and have been using it but the whole unit (clock to plug) overheats. Was this truly new from the box or refurbished? The other reason I ask is because I have an original from the company and the light in this one is not the same and is very abrasive to the eye. Thanks, Rachel
