VTG Handsewn 50’s Sleeveless Spring-flowers green/blue/pink flare small dress

Oh, what a darling, classic 50’s dress! This was carefully handmade, probably by a high schooler or her mom. The bodice is fitted, then the skirt flares out. It is made for a young woman with a very small wait, but a full bust, C or D cup. A fabric-covered belt is included. Zips up the back with a covered nylon zipper. No tags, but the fabric is soft—I’m guessing rayon, or maybe a cotton blend. Please note measurements! In excellent condition, with no apparent flaws.
