This style fits differently than our other buckle-up shoes because the buckle sits slightly more toward the ankle. This, combined with a deeper foot bed, makes for a secure fit and allows Himmerland to work well with most inserts. Duckfeet are designed in Denmark and assembled in Poland from German Terracare® leather and an Italian crepe sole. All other materials are sourced within Europe. Duckfeet are soled with 100 % natural pale latex crepe rubber that offers durable shock absorption. The rubber grips well in most environments, but please always use caution on icy surfaces.
