What a beautiful floral dress, best designer outdid themselves in the pattern of flowers that they present. There is a collar on the back and front, which goes down under the arm and makes a little bit of a ruffle. The sleeves come down past your elbow so let’s say 3/4. There is a tie belt. This dress has only been worn to two occasions. Practically new.
