Black dress. Has toile style fabric to make light shoulder pads. Decretive buttons on the sleeve. (With spare button attached) It looks small but with the ribbed has a lot of stretch. Top can stretch to 16” and bottom half can stretch to 20” with maybe more room to spare for both. Great quality. Never worn.
