1940s Vintage Off White Sheer Cotton Voile Lace And Eyelet Dickie Jacket Insert

A 1940s off white cream vintage dickie or jacket insert in sheer cotton voile with lace, eyelet and cut work. These were worn underneath suits, jackets and lower cut dresses. A high U neck. A back neck snap fastener and a small opening in the back. It ties on both side. The back is a slightly heavier cotton. Pretty floral embroidery, lace, eyelet and cut work. A pretty aged cream color. The center front is a panel of open work lace. It pulls over the head, The sides are open. One size but the neck opening is 14". Condition: Very good with only the back snap having slight rust around it. The listing is for the dickie only.
