Rarely worn (I live in CA), still very good condition. Some wear at heels (see pictures), at tip of laces (see pictures) and one snap on outside sometimes opens spontaneously (see thread in picture). Very comfortable and warm, size 7 although I normally wear a 7.5. Overall a great boot and very stylish. Smoke free home.
