Just Cavalli lace details top size 40, S, 4

Gorgeous top with lace details, has a zipper on the back. In excellent, like new condition. Size 40, or size 4 /small as per size table. Made in Italy. I wear size S/M and it fits me well with the chest size of 34 d cup.
