thedarningyarn @chanelm7 thank you, I just found it! im having a hard time seeing the outer heel, on the bottom sole of the shoe~~ it has been cut off in the photo of the bottoms. could you post a photo with a solid clear view of the heel wear? has it worn through the first layer of outsole, and starting to bite into the midsole? thank you!

thedarningyarn @chanelm7 thank you so much! I have trouble with outer heel drag too... I try so hard to correct it I believe a Cobbler can nail in a little protector/ reinforcement for that area...
