Are there knit cuffs inside end of sleeves? Is the across shoulders dimension correct, it's smaller than pit to pit dimension?

@gbuchta52 There are no knit cuffs inside end of sleeves. Sleeves are satin lined all the way and a single snap at wrist.
My original measurements are pretty accurate. I have added photos just now. Yes, the shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 21" so narrower than PTP. I believe this is common in shirts and jackets.
