this is the pants and size I'm looking for they look like they're real faded out but the top picture they look dark and the dark colors what I'm looking for so is that a picture of you wearing them or is that the picture from Free People because I like to get these thanks

@gaypowell the first picture is a Free People picture. I updated the listing with two new photos in different lighting. They are dark, but the lighting in the Free People picture is darker. They still have the tags on them and have never been worn. They just have lots of color variation in the jeans.
