This plush wind up clown plays music and the head rocks back and forth. Made by Porter, 1985. The tune that it plays is "A Small World". It does get somewhat slower and faster as it plays, it gets very slow when the head is in the middle position and can get stuck. It has a plastic nose. There are a few spots of dirt here and there. It measures 8" tall, not counting the hat.
