Formal evening Prom dress

NWT - extremely XS Royal blue silky high low Prom dress with silver sequins and beaded waist and straps. The straps do have all if the closures I just could not get any of them to fit on my mannequin. This dress is extremely small. I took pictures of all of the closures and the zipper so you can see everything is complete just nit able to zip or snap the straps.
