90s style prom dress- royal blue with velvet - size 6 but fits a size 12

I wore this as a 90s style long vintage prom dress. I’m usually a size 12, but dress is a size 6 and has plenty of stretch. Very bra friendly and fit my 34DDD bra. Wore 1 time and reselling. Back zipper goes all the way up to neck but I left the zipper half undone in the photos.
