Perfect size for daily use. Outside: has front flap pocket, back zipper pocket with a slide in pocket behind it, on the end there’s a long narrower pocket that can fit some drink bottles. Inside:a zipper pocket with a slip in pocket behind it, pen holders, another slip in pocket and a long narrower. There’s also hidden pocket that’s the full size of the bag. The expandable strap is actually perfect because it has anti-slip backing! No constant adjusting! Sizing is in the photos, and these are without a doubt for men or women. The inside is grey/silver so everything is easy to see. I have others but need to cut down the amount. I just fell in love with these. Only used a couple times, basically new.
