Vintage 50's black button front day dress

Vintage 1950's shirt dress in a black silky heavy taffeta (no tags this is a guess) with a beautiful luster. This shirt dress has a rounded notched collar, full nine button front with very unique buttons (an extra one stitched inside the side of the skirt), folded pleats in the front and back with the full skirt, shoulder pads, 3/4 sleeves with folded pointed cuffs, two pockets and belt loops.
