GUC Laura Ashley Seersucker Dress with Floral Appliqué

Super cute pink and white striped dress with flowers at waist. Tie goes around the back of waist. Buttons up the back. Lace trim around neck and bottom of dress. Cap sleeves. Lined dress with poofy material to make it extra twirly! One small stain at waist (see photo). Hidden well by the pleating. Priced accordingly.
