Peruvian Size chart for Small is chest:33.5-34.5 waist 26-27 hips 36-37 ... my measurements ... approx. are from shoulders to hem , length 38" chest area about 32-33 center of drop down waist to bottom of hem is is 21 bottom of waist width is 36" armhole is 18" the material is very soft and has a stretchy give ...viscose, with 5%spandex and lining skirt(slip) cotton
