Bought this at an outlet store as evident by the line through the manufacturer’s label. Lots going on here- lace, pleats, tie dye, yet it all comes together as it flows, is feminine, and long enough to cover the butt :) Not sure why I never wore it but the rule is if you haven’t worn it in a year, it’s gotta go !
