Lined. 5 buttons down the front. 2 pockets in front. No size or material tag. Based on measurements, I'm calling this a Size 2 which is 12 or Large according to Chico’s. No stretch, light weight fabric seems to be cotton, poly blend. Lovely floral pattern on black in purple, turquoise, brown, coral & pink. #J19
