Brand new (no box) Oboz hiking boots. As much as I wanted them to fit, they just don't. My foot is too wide. Never worn.

Hi, I am familiar with the boss as I hiked all over Costa Rica and Peru with them, but gave mine to somebody there in Peru. Looking for a replacing pair and I am a 6 1/2 my foot is not wide. Do you think that they run through the size other than that width and the toolbox?

Yes, I believe they are true to size as they were recommended by a friend who suggested them. Unfortunately I have developed a bunion (tmi I know) but that was the only reason they didn’t work for me.
