This beautiful dress was made in the USA by Carol Little Petites and is from the 1990s. It features a patchwork, mixed media design with an embroidered bodice. The material used is gauzy and light. It is labeled as being a size 12P but its roomy cut would accommodate larger sizes. Its measurements while laying flat are: Bust: 19" Waist: 18.5" Hips: 27.5" Length: 46.5" It is in good vintage condition, there are some spots where the threading from the pin stripes have come out.
